Mental Health & Well-Being

Self-Reflection Questions

Emotional Awareness:

  • When am I at my happiest? When was the last time I was truly full of pure joy?
  • What has been troubling me the most lately?
  • Am I currently trying to push down some feelings? What might they be telling me?

Life Balance:

  • What feels unresolved in my life? Am I holding on to someone or something I need to let go of?
  • Is there any person or situation I can't get out of my head because I never got closure?
  • What usually makes me anxious? How do I try to eliminate these triggers?

Self-Care:

  • Am I my own best friend during hard times?
  • Do I try to act in my health's best interests? What habits would I like to give up?
  • Do I sacrifice my body's needs (eating, sleeping) when I am busy?
  • Do I have regular health check-ups? If not, what hinders me from doing so?

Mental Exercises
